Judges

​

Each town appoints their own judges for their carnival with a minimum of 70 judges to cover the county classes, in addition others are appointed to judge the local classes/cups specific to each town. Many judges judge at several carnivals but steps are taken to ensure they do not judge the same categories twice in any year.

​

A register of judges is kept by the committee secretary to ensure compliance with the above.
